RENT PAYMENTS -
UNLESS OTHERWISENOTED IN YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT - All payments are due on the 1st of every month and considered late after the 1st. The late fee is waived if payments ARRIVE at our office on or before the 5th, regardless of postmark. Please make sure that your rental address is noted on the check, not just your envelope, so that it may be credited to your account. Payments may be made in the form of a personal check, money order or cashiers check. Cash is NOT accepted. Payments may be mailed or dropped off at our office through the mail slot in the door. @ 1965 E. Chapman Ave., Fullerton, CA 92831.
REPAIRS -
If you have an EMERGENCY repair, please call (714) 388-4759. Leave a message with your name, phone number and the property you live at and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
If you have a NON-emergency repair request, please call our office @ 714-525-1750 or E-mail us.
MOVE OUT INFO -
If you need to submit a 30 Day Notice, you can find a form on the "Application & Docs" tab. Please send via U.S. Mail, E-mail, drop off at our office, or fax (714-525-9106) this form to us. It is effective the day it arrives to our office. Make sure all tenants on the lease sign the form or letter. Note who is to be refunded the deposit and what your forwarding address is.
